At Resin Zone PK, we know that when inspiration strikes, you want your supplies as quickly as possible. We are committed to processing and delivering your premium resin, molds, and starter kits safely and swiftly right to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, major sales (like our Azadi Sale), or new product drops, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your delicate molds and chemical supplies!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on your city and local courier routes.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on standard courier rates.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,500/-.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We are happy to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure that you or someone authorized is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel and make the cash payment to the courier rider.

  • Note: Repeatedly refusing COD parcels at the doorstep may result in a restriction on future COD purchases from our store.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our Rawalpindi warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to track your package's journey in real-time.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Resin Zone PK cannot be held responsible for delayed or returned deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend it.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Epoxy resin and liquid pigments require careful handling. We pack every order securely with protective materials. However, if your order arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking bottle or torn packaging), please do not accept the parcel or contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photo evidence.
