Refund & Replacement Policy

At Resin Zone PK, we take pride in delivering premium resin art supplies and starter kits. We double-check every order to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you received a damaged or incorrect item, our hassle-free return and replacement process is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure the following:

  • You initiate the return/replacement request within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Note: For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on epoxy resin or hardeners if the safety seals have been broken.

The Return Process: Hassle-Free Doorstep Pickup

We want to make your experience as seamless as possible. You do not need to go through the hassle of visiting a courier office to send your items back.

  1. Initiate the Request: Contact our support team via WhatsApp at 0309 9086455 or email us at resinzonepk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/video of the product.

  2. Doorstep Collection: Once your request is authorized, we will arrange for our designated courier rider to collect the package directly from your doorstep.

Inspection & Refunds

We value transparency in our refund process:

  • Inspection: Once the rider collects your package and delivers it back to our warehouse, our quality assurance team will carefully inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.

  • Refund Processing: After the inspection is complete and your return is approved, we will process your refund promptly via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Delivery Charges Disclaimer: Please note that only the amount of the product(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees, as well as the return doorstep pickup charges, are strictly non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Replacements)

If you received a defective mold, a leaking bottle, or the wrong item altogether, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a doorstep pickup for the faulty item and send you a fresh replacement as quickly as possible.
