Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We proudly offer nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can pay securely in cash when your supplies arrive at your doorstep. We also accept direct bank transfers for advance payments upon request.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey directly to your door.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get you creating faster! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0309 9086455 within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified.

Where do you ship?

We ship our premium resin supplies anywhere within Pakistan.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your exact location. Delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays or courier limitations, but we work hard to ensure rapid fulfillment.

I am a complete beginner. What should I buy?

Welcome to the Resin Zone! If you are just starting, we highly recommend our beginner bundles, like "The Rookie Pour" Kit. These kits eliminate the guesswork by providing the exact ratios of epoxy, hardener, molds, and pigments you need for your first successful project.

Why did my resin cure sticky or soft?

Sticky or soft resin is almost always caused by inaccurate measuring or insufficient mixing. Always ensure you are following the exact 1:1 or 2:1 ratio (depending on the specific product label). Mix thoroughly for at least 3 to 5 minutes, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of your mixing cup.

Is your epoxy resin safe to use?

We source high-quality, professional-grade formulas. However, resin is a chemical. We highly recommend working in a well-ventilated area, wearing nitrile gloves, and using a respirator mask, especially when sanding or pouring large volumes.

Can I use your pigments with other brands of resin?

Yes! Our vibrant colorants, mica powders, and metallic foil flakes are highly versatile and compatible with all standard epoxy and UV resins.

Returns & Store Information

What is your return and exchange policy?

We stand behind the quality of our supplies. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged product and your order number, and our team will arrange a swift resolution or replacement.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Absolutely. We would love to see you! You can shop our products in person at:
